JP*4 – AVIATION KEROSENE COLONIAL GRADE *4 RUSSIAN ORIGIN from Russian Federation.  
Volume: Over *0,**0,**0 Bbls per month  
Prices: CIF and FOB prices available to any safe world port  

1. All prices are subject to negotiation; depending on contract length & volume         
2. CIF prices, are indicated for any safe port in the world                    
3. Payment terms: standby letter of credit (L/C), ICPO                                   4. Performance bond: 2% operative PB will be issued from seller's bank to the buyer's bank upon receipt of buyer's financial instrument in seller's bank.     
5. Quality certification: Q&Q test report will be issued by SGS or equivalent at port of loading, at the expense of seller
6. All prices are in USD and are subject to foreign exchange fluctuations
7. Contract volume discount negotiable on all products

                                STANDARD WORKING PROCEDURES  

1. Buyer sends LOI/ ICPO                                            
2. Seller sends FCO and draft of contract for amendments if necessary  3. Buyer returns signed acceptance of FCO (will receive all certifications at this stage)
4. Buyer/seller endorses the final contract                                              
5. Seller registers and legalizes the contract in the various ministries     
6. Seller makes payment for obtaining the transaction passport for the contract to enable the lodging of the contract with their respective banks 
7. Seller appoints and signs charter party agreement with the shipping company        
8. Seller contacts the shipping company and summarizes shipping schedule              
9. Seller bank provides buyer bank the proof of product and 2% PB
*0. Buyer bank swifts irrevocable non-transferable documentary letter of credit to seller bank to activate the 2% PB                  
*1. Shipment commences as scheduled in the final contract  
*2. Seller will immediately upon receipt of buyer’s operative financial instrument release payments to involved intermediaries
